You still have time...
What do I mean by time? Well, it's exactly 20 weeks til July 1st, which means that all of you guys out there that want to put on some weight before next football season still have time.
You see, at our gym we tell our athletes 1 pound a week. We want them to eat enough calories that pack on a whole pound each and every week. It's that simple.
I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but in 20 weeks if you do this you will be 20 pounds heavier, hopefully it's mostly new muscle (hahaha). But, it's just that easy, eat more to get Big.
If you apply this to each and every meal throughout the day, you can reach your goals and become a Dominant player on the field.
